Terms of Use

Garajiz is software that provides work-order and customer management for auto repair shops, and online booking and reminders for vehicle owners. By accepting these terms you may use the service. The service is provided by [TO BE FILLED: legal entity name].

You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you enter. You may not use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.

You are responsible for all content you share, including community questions and answers, messages and listings. Garajiz has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse. The following are prohibited:

• insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination;
• obscene, violent or unlawful content;
• spam, misleading information, fraud or unauthorised advertising;
• content that infringes other people's personal data or intellectual property rights.

You can report objectionable content with the “Report” option in the app and block a user who bothers you with “Block User”; content from blocked users is not shown to you. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and accounts that repeat violations are permanently closed. Content reported by several users may be hidden automatically until the review is complete.

Appointment requests are confirmed, declined or changed by the garage concerned. Garajiz does not guarantee that the garage will perform the appointment; the service relationship is between you and the garage.

If you grant permission, reminders are added to your Google Calendar. How this integration works is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access from your Google account at any time.

The service is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.

All rights to the software and content of the service belong to Garajiz. The data you enter belongs to you.

Public content on the site (fault-code dictionary, service profiles, price guides, vehicle passport verification pages, etc.) is for personal, individual use only. Scraping, systematic downloading, copying or republishing all or a substantial part of this content or of the Garajiz database with automated tools is prohibited without our written permission. Indexing by search engines and by crawlers allowed in our robots.txt is outside this restriction.

Embeddable content offered by Garajiz (e.g. the service badge) may be used only on the service's own website, unmodified and linking to the source page on Garajiz, and may not be used in a misleading way.

You can close your account at any time. If these terms are breached, we may suspend or terminate your access.

• Paid plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions purchased on the web are sold and processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record; its terms also apply to the purchase. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple under the App Store terms and are managed in your Apple account settings.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, access to the paid features ends.

When a business enters data about its own customers and their vehicles, the business is the data controller and Garajiz processes that data on the business's behalf and on its instructions, only to provide the service, under appropriate security measures and confidentiality. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
